The Big Deal
This vibrant two piece are one of the most popular wedding
and function bands in the area. They also include a quality Scottish
set and can also provide the Disco for your event if required.

If you do not want a traditional
wedding band, but you do want your wedding day to be remembered
as a party, Lily & The Boys are for you!! This three piece
band perform a fantastic range of party music and are recognized
as one of the most talented three piece party bands in Scotland. There
is never a dull moment with Lily & The Boys and they
can perform some Scottish music if required with the three
of them on the floor dancing with the guests!!!

This four piece live band from Glasgow has been
a tremendous hit in the North of Scotland in recent years at weddings
and major corporate events. A top quality sound coupled with first

are excellent for any function and you needn’t worry if you or your guests
have never been to a ceilidh before. With the help of our experienced Caller,
Ceilidh Stomp can lead you through numerous dances to ensure a first class Ceilidh
band for your wedding.

Their toe-tapping music from
the 20's & 30's era and genial approach has attracted
followers of all ages, whether trad jazz enthusiasts or simply
people out to have a good time. The band, while clearly all having
a love of jazz, project a fun image as is evidenced by their
rapport with their audiences. The line up consists of trumpet,
clarinet, trombone, banjo, bass & drums. All band members
want to get in on the singing act but leave the majority
of this to the banjo player! This band are ideal for pre
dinner entertainment and are an ideal ice breaker as the
guests arrive from the service to the reception venue.

Ashley & Co
Fronted by the phenomenal Ashley McCullagh, this 4 piece band has
all the qualities of a top show group. Excellent musicians, full
backing, live instrumentation, lights and PA and an exceptional
lead vocalist. Covers include hits from the Supremes, Girls Aloud,
Pink, Sugarbabes, Shania Twain, The Corrs and Janet Jackson, all
performed with an electric atmosphere which will get any crowd going.
Fully self contained Ashley & Co are deserving of their reputation
as the best new band in the country. This is truly an incredible
experience you won't want to miss.

This four piece fully
live band are based in the Central Belt of Scotland but such
is their popularity in the North that we book them over 70
times a year at weddings and major corporate events. Slinky
take you through a musical journey of top class entertainment
with continuous ‘banter’ between
the band and the guests. They perform a huge variety
of music including a Scottish set where they ‘call’ the
dances when required.

Three Guys Swinging
Three Guys Swinging are a new three piece swing band
who bring the flavour of the big band swing era to any event. Featuring
experienced guitarist Neil Connon, dynamic bass player Lindsay Cowie
and swing
fanatic Dave Robinson on drums. Ideal for the pre dinner entertainment.

Formed in 2003, Danse McCabre has an eclectic, lively style, playing a mixture of old favourites and less familiar dances as required, and includes its own Caller.
Described as 'fantastic' by Real Weddings magazine, Danse McCabre has built an enviable reputation as THE all-girl ceilidh band in the North of Scotland. The band also provides Scottish music for listening at conference banquets, weddings and other occasions.

The Trybe
The Trybe consists of 4 principal musicians, 1 piper and 3 percussion players, who are supplemented by additional players as required. Depending on the performance they will employ additional musicians, dancers or weapon and armoury specialists.
The approach from the band is full on pipes and drums,we like to think we have went back to the old style of using the pipes and drums rather than the very regimented style seen today.

This seven piece band perform to a very high standard at numerous corporate events and weddings throughout Scotland and the North East of England. Playing hits from the 50's up to the modern day and also very strong sets of ceilidh and the music from the 'Swing' era.

Burlesque
This six piece ‘funk-tion’ band have become very popular
in the last couple of years with their fantastic all live sound and
superb female vocals. Mainly playing party music from the funky to
disco to pop & soul. The band have played at many of the areas
top corporate events and weddings. If required they can also add
a short Scottish set.

 Wedding Pipers
We have a vast ‘army’ of pipers to
call on to perform on your special day. Depending on your choice
we have pipers who perform in the basic kilt & shirt, to
the full Number One Outfit if required.

Disco Entertainment
Most of the area's top DJs operate through Elite Promotions on a freelance basis using their own top quality equipment and lights. You can book a Disco to be the ‘stand alone’ entertainment, or to support your wedding band. When you have booked a band and Disco package you can be assured that the band and Disco have almost certainly worked together before ensuring a far more professional performance. Vastly experienced and always smart in appearance you can be assured that a Disco booked through Elite will have the experience which is absolutely vital for your wedding entertainment. This Finger Style
Guitarist has caused a sensation since we started booking him
in early 2007. He plays everything from classical to flamenco
to the very latest pop songs to suit all musical tastes. Mateo
is an excellent choice for the pre dinner entertainment when
the bride & groom are on ‘photographic
duty’. For everyone who struggled to learn three chords
on the guitar, take a look at this amazing talent.

 Deidre Varley - Caricaturist
A caricaturist can greatly enhance the pre dinner
atmosphere as he or she sketches some of the wedding guests when
they arrive at your venue for pre dinner refreshments and possibly
some light entertainment. The guests can take away with them a
lasting reminder of your wedding day as a keepsake. This is obviously
very popular at weddings, particularly if children are involved.

This
four piece live band have been performing at weddings and corporate

KFS
This two piece band are ideal for a wedding
reception which is being held in a venue that does not have
a huge area of space for a full live band. They play music
from the 60’s, 70’s & 80’s
right through to up to date hits. These hugely experienced
and talented performers are proving very popular for the smaller
wedding.

As a 3-piece band consisting of Accordion, Guitar and Drums, one of the unique features of Bahookie is their vocal ability in singing popular Scots Songs, ie Auld Lang Syne, Loch Lomond, Flower of Scotland and Wild Mountain Thyme etc. They play in a contemporary folk-rock style and are able to cater for every occasion.

Shoestring can perform as a ceilidh only band, covers only band or can provide a combination of ceilidh and covers to add that extra dimension to your function.

Mustang
This highly talented three piece band are very
popular for weddings, party nights & corporate events. Playing
music from the last five decades and some of the best Scottish
music in the North East. They are a band with a wealth of experience
and a very bright future. Always heavily booked for weddings over
the next couple of years this is one band you should always consider.

 Makfolk
This very popular band are in the enviable position
of being able to offer a 50/50 split between Ceilidh and cover
music. The highly experienced musicians offer a wide range of
music to suit all tastes and they have two ‘callers’ within
the band to guide you through the Scottish dances if required.

Over the last couple of years
the Fun Casino has proved a real success story as it has been steadily
used to provide some light hearted and informal entertainment as
pre dinner entertainment at weddings. Guests are handed an envelope
with a quantity of ‘Fun
Money’ by the usher/best man as they arrive at the venue.
They then exchange the Fun Money for playing chips at the tables
(Blackjack & Roulette) and play in the normal way. At the end
of the Casino session all guests ‘cash-in’ their money
and the croupiers will advise the best man on had the most. As
the best man starts his speech following the meal he presents a
few prizes to the winners. If you are looking for something to
keep your guests entertained pre dinner, this may be the option
for you!!

Iron Broo
This four piece live band are strictly ‘ceilidh only’ but
they perform to a very high standard and have played at numerous
weddings and corporate events throughout Scotland and abroad.
The all important ‘calling’ of the dances is well catered
for with this band and they add some humour into the
dances which always goes down well at weddings in particular.

Oceans 3
If the music from the Swing era is special to
you then Oceans 3 would be your ideal choice. At weddings they
can perform either as the entertainment prior to Dinner when the
bridal party are on 'photographic duty' or can be part of the entertainment
at the wedding reception itself, particularly if the party is being
held to celebrate a Vegas Wedding. As you will see from their video
they place a huge importance on creating a rapport with the guests
and are a highly entertaining and talented singing group.

 Garry Seagraves
Garry is one of the area's top magicians and is regularly booked to perform his magical entertainment at numerous weddings and corporate events throughout the year. Garry can be used while the bride & groom are on 'photographic duty' or performing table magic during the dinner itself.
